20% Deposit is Non-Refundable

The purpose of pre-order is to reserve the item that might sold out once it released to the public and the 20% deposit is for your spot to be secured at an Earlybird price in a very limited stock.

So, once your pre-order placed, the deposit is non-refundable and it'll be automatically transfer as a cancellation fee.

Changing your mind someday won't make the deposit refundable so please think twice before placing the order.

Remaining Balance of the pre-order

Remaining Balance Deadline

Once your pre-ordered item arrived, you'll receive an email notification (Email 1) of its arrival with link directing you to complete the remaining balance.

14 days later from the Email 1, you'll receive a Final Reminder Notification email (Email 2).

3 days later from the Email 2, if we still haven't receive your payment or any personal message, your order will be cancel without a refund (Mark as "Complete / Incomplete Remaining Balance").

Estimated Delivery Time

ETA is No Guaranteed

The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) you find under the "Official ETA" tab or on the Pre-Order Status page comes from the contact with the official manufacturer.

It is just an estimate and cannot be treated as an exact timeline of arrival since delay could happen at any given time and situation.

We don't recommended pre-ordering for any special occasions or as a gift that required time-promising. No compensation is given for the delay.

Place Your Pre-Order Separately

In order to better track and follow up with you, it would be so much helpful if you could place your pre-order alone in a single transaction.

Separate other items that you might also want to purchase onto another transaction could better help us to avoid the confusion and resulting in more efficiency on managing, tracking, and proceeding with your order as you wish.

Things You Might Want To Know

Is there a deadline to pay the Remaining Balance?

Yes, full payment for the remaining balance should be completed within 14 days from the day of the email notification sent.

Once your pre-ordered item arrived, we'll notify you of its arrival with a link directing you to complete the remaining balance via email. From there, if we didn’t receive your Remaining Balance Payment in 14 days or any personal message, we have the right to cancel your order without a refund.

What's the estimated shipping fee I'll need to pay for my pre-order?

Unfortunately, there's no way for us to estimate the shipping cost since the shipping fee rate is highly depending on the weight or the size of the item. So, there’s no way for us to tell how much the shipping might cost without having the item in stock. Learn more about shipping here.

What's the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for my pre-ordered item?

You can always find the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the pre-order item under the Official ETA tab (like image shown below) or you could find the latest update on the Pre-Order Status page.

Estimated Time of Arrival for pre-order

**Note: The estimated time of arrival is for reference only. It cannot be treated as an exact timeline of delivery since delay could happen at any given time. We don't recommended pre-ordering for any special occasions or as a gift that required time promise.

If I change my mind, could I cancel my Pre-Order?

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order at any time and your deposit will be transferred as a cancellation fee so it's non-refundable.  So please think twice before you place a pre-order.

Why my Pre-Order invoice marked as "Completed" when I didn't pay the Remaining Balance?

There are two emails we send before we mark your pre-order as completed:

Email 1: Your pre-ordered item arrived, we notify you of its arrival with link that directing you to complete the remaining balance.

Email 2: 14 days later from the 1st email, we send a Final Reminder Notification to remind you to complete the remaining balance.

3 days later from the Final Reminder Notification, if we still haven't receive your payment for the remaining balance, our system will cancel your pre-order automatically and mark as "Completed" or "Incomplete Remaining Balance".

What if I paid the "Remaining Balance" without pre-order?

If you pay the "Remaining Balance" without having pre-ordered, we will first contact you for pre-order confirmation and provide two refund methods before proceeding. If the order is canceled, the refund will be processed with a handling fee deducted.

Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for more details.

Can I combine pre-order item with my in-stock order? If yes, what should I do?

If you place an order with pre-order item AND the in-stock item, we'll see what shipping option you've selected. If you select "Combine Shipping" as your shipping option, we'll secure your in-stock item UNTIL your pre-ordered item arrive to proceed further.

On the other hand, if you select any other shipping option, we'll quote you the necessary shipping fee based on the shipping service you've selected via email.

What is Early Payment?

[Early Payment] is a new option we offer for pre-ordered products. It allows customers to make payments approximately 1 to 2 weeks before the item's release date. Sometimes, it might take longer due to production issues such as duplicate parts, mold defects, or packaging shortages.

This optional feature provides additional time to arrange and complete the payment, ensuring flexibility and convenience. Customers will receive a notification email titled [EARLY PAYMENT] with instructions for making the remaining balance payment.

The standard pre-order policy still applies, allowing approximately 14 days after the product release to complete payments, starting from the date you receive our email titled [ARRIVAL NOTICE]. Shipment priority will be based on payment completion timing.

Why Pay Early?

Paying early offers several benefits:

  1. Extended Payment Time: Early Payment provides additional time to arrange and complete your payment, ensuring flexibility and convenience.
  2. Priority Shipment: Customers who complete their payments earlier will have their orders prioritized, especially in cases where limited quantities are shipped.
  3. Peace of Mind: By paying early, you secure your order and avoid any last-minute payment issues or delays.
  4. Quicker Packing and Shipping: Early payment allows us to pack your order sooner and provide a shipping fee quotation. The earlier we receive the shipping payment, the sooner we can ship out your order.
Why Early Payment Does Not Include Shipping Fee Charge ??

Early Payment is focused on securing the product and ensuring timely payment for pre-ordered items. The shipping fee is not included in the early payment for several reasons:

  1. Variable Shipping Costs: Shipping fees can vary based on the destination, weight, and size of the package, which may not be known until the product is ready to ship.
  2. Accurate Quotation: By separating the shipping fee, we can provide an accurate shipping cost based on the final packed order.
  3. Flexibility: This allows customers to choose their preferred shipping method and speed once the product is ready to ship.
  4. Quicker Packing and Shipping: Early payment allows us to pack your order sooner and provide a shipping fee quotation. The earlier we receive the shipping payment, the sooner we can ship out your order.
  5. Unknown Weight and Size: Since all pre-order items are new launch products, their actual weight and final size are unknown before release. Therefore, we’re unable to provide the estimated shipping cost.
  6. Direct Courier Charges: The shipping cost is quoted directly from the courier service company, and the amount you pay is fully directed to your selected courier service. The quoted shipping fee is based on the current month’s rate. Due to changing fuel surcharges and occasional shipping service promotions, the cost may vary if the payment is not completed by the deadline. Kindly complete the payment before the deadline to secure the current shipping rate.
