If you've selected "Combine Shipping" and wanted to ship now, simply complete the Combine Orders Form and we'll quote you the necessary shipping fee in detail via email (with the headline "Order 123XXX: Shipping Fee Quote"). In this email, you'll see a clear instructions on how to make a payment for the shipping.

Once we've received your payment for the shipping, we'll manage to ship out your order as soon as possible and update you on the tracking number once it's dispatched.

Volumetric Calculation
Length (cm) x Height (cm) x Width (cm) /5000 = Volumetric Weight (kg) of your parcel

*The Volumetric Weight (kg) will be comparing with the Actual Weight (kg), whichever higher will be taken for the shipping cost rate charge.

Usually, you could simply add the items that you interested in purchase into the shopping cart, before you proceed to checkout, you'll see the available shipping options with its shipping cost attached on the side.

Since 2022, all express shipping services (SF Express & EMS) have used a volumetric-weight-based calculation. 

Current Shipping Calculation:

• International Air Parcel: Now calculated based on actual weight.
• Express Services (SF Express, EMS, etc.): Continue using volumetric weight-based rates. If your order includes a large number of items, the system will only display Air Parcel, Combine Order, and Shipping Fee Quote Manually. Express services will not appear automatically, as manual packing is required to optimize packaging and prevent unnecessary shipping costs.

2.  Shipping Fee Quote Manually

Once you've selected this option, we'll pack your order and quote the necessary shipping fee within 1-2 working days and send you the quoted shipping fee to the email you've used when checkout. The email's headline would be, "Order 123456: Shipping Fee Quote".

For shipments under 8kg, SF Express offers the best value in terms of cost efficiency. 🚚✨

Yes, we do not have any hidden fees or extra charges—the total you pay at checkout includes the product price and shipping fee.

• Import taxes and duties are always the buyer’s responsibility.

• For U.S. orders, please note that a 19% import tariff is currently applied to most goods imported from Malaysia, regardless of the order value.

We no longer ship to PO Box addresses due to past cases where parcels were misdelivered, redirected to incorrect addresses, and became difficult to track. In instances of lost parcels, we were unable to file successful claims, resulting in unrecoverable losses.

To ensure secure and trackable delivery, please provide a valid residential or business address that meets the courier’s requirements. 🚚✨

We don't provide Cash On Delivery (COD) Service, all necessary fee must be paid before we ship out your order. For the self-pickup, you can definitely do so if you're living nearby (Nilai in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia), simply contact us upfront so that we could arrange the meetup accordingly.

The estimated delivery time (EDT) is for a reference only. It cannot be treated as an exact timeline of delivery since delay could happened at any given time. So, there's no compensation provided for the delayed shipment or failed to deliver in the estimated delivery time (EDT).

Effective February 7, 2025, Surface Parcel Service (By Sea) is no longer available. Due to an insane increase in shipping fees, this method is no longer economical for international shipments.
