Effective on January 1, 2022, our cancellation & refunds policy updates are as the following:
1. We do not accept requests for order cancellation and refund due to merely being mind-changing or uninterested. Kindly think twice before placing an order.
2. A request for order cancellation and refund for orders placed within 7 days will be fully refunded directly through PayPal, including the remaining balance made for the pre-order item.
3. A request for order cancellation and refund for orders placed over 7 days, the refund can only be made in terms of equivalent STORE CREDIT coupon code, to be used on www.museigenhobby.com
4. The refunded STORE CREDIT coupon code can be used for any items in Museigen Hobby, including the on-sales items, pre-order items, and backorder items with no time limit.
5. The refunded STORE CREDIT coupon code cannot be used for the shipping fee.
6. The deposits for the pre-order items are non-refundable. For the request of pre-order cancellation, the deposit will be automatically transferred as the cancellation fee.
7. The deposits for the pre-order items are non-switchable. The request of switching the deposit to any product is not acceptable. Kindly think twice before placing an order.
8. The shipping fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Only the shipping cost is paid for the SF Express is undercover. Kindly take this as your consideration when selecting the shipping service during the checkout.
9. All orders placed in Museigen Hobby DO NOT involve any charge of VAT, taxes, or duty fees. It’s the customer’s full responsibility to fulfill any fees needed (duties, taxes, VAT, tariffs, and excise charges) levied from the customs to release the parcel.
10. [Malaysia Customer Only] For orders placed with the payment method of “Bank Transfer” selected, kindly complete the bank transferring payment within 3 days or we’ll cancel your order will be marked as “Cancelled” and your order will not be reserved.
